At Badge of Honour, my focus is on bringing positivity, structure and strategic thinking to the way we work. I help develop and implement strategies that continually improve our business, both internally and in the experience we deliver for our clients. I love working alongside the team to identify opportunities, solve problems and create better ways of doing things as we continue to grow. Outside of work, I love sunrises and long walks on the beach. My kids are my world, and family will always be my number one.

I’ve been part of Badge of Honour for around five years and now lead our sales team as Head of Sales. A key focus of my role is working within the not-for-profit sector, building long-term client relationships and developing merchandise programs that support each organisation’s objectives. I’m passionate about making sure our clients are looked after with care, responsibility and efficiency, while helping the team identify new opportunities and grow existing partnerships. For me, great sales is about understanding the client, delivering what we promise and building relationships that last.

As Head of Production, I oversee Badge of Honour’s offshore production and work closely with our factory partners in China to bring our clients’ custom products and apparel to life. My role involves managing production timelines, coordinating with factories, monitoring orders and helping ensure products meet our quality expectations before they reach our clients. With so many moving parts involved in offshore manufacturing, organisation and communication are a huge part of what I do. I work closely with our sales, design and operations teams to keep projects moving smoothly from approved design through to final delivery.

As Production Manager, I help coordinate both local and offshore production across Badge of Honour. A major part of my role is managing our embellishment production schedule, including heat seal, screen printing and embroidery, to make sure client orders move efficiently through production. I work closely with our sales, warehouse and production teams to manage priorities, troubleshoot challenges and keep jobs progressing against their required deadlines. Every project is different, so staying organised and finding practical solutions is a big part of my day-to-day role.

With more than 15 years of experience across apparel design, brand and event strategy, I’ve worked across international licensed sport, fashion, corporate and not-for-profit sectors. At Badge of Honour, I lead the creative direction behind our merchandise and apparel programs, helping transform client ideas into considered, commercially relevant products and ranges. A recent career highlight was creating a fully custom merchandise program for the FIFA World Cup 2026. Outside the studio, I’m a family man, surfer and musician.

As someone with many strings to my bow, my main role at BOH is product design. I spend my days developing custom uniform and merchandise programs for companies, organisations and events nationwide, taking ideas from an initial brief through to finished designs. I also support the digital side of the business, helping create and maintain e-commerce platforms for our clients. Outside of BOH, I’m also an artist and love drawing and painting, particularly people’s pets. Dogs are definitely a favourite!

As a people person, I thrive in sales and genuinely enjoy building relationships with companies, brands and individuals. My role is all about understanding what our clients are trying to achieve and working with the wider BOH team to develop merchandise programs that represent their brand, engage their audience and help drive revenue. I love seeing a client relationship grow from an initial conversation into an ongoing partnership. Outside of work, I’m always travelling or trying somewhere new to eat. As an Account Manager at Badge of Honour, I work across sales and marketing, helping clients bring their uniform and merchandise ideas to life. I joined BOH in late 2024 completely new to the apparel and merchandise industry and quickly fell in love with it. My role now sees me working closely with clients from the initial brief and product selection through to design, production and delivery. I particularly love the creative side of the industry, so anything involving fabrics, design, branding or colour brings me joy. I’m always up for talking merch, so come say hello!

I’ve been with Badge of Honour for two years and originally started in our warehouse as an Embellishment Technician. During that time, I worked across our printing operations while also supporting pick and pack for our e-commerce clients, giving me hands-on experience with how our products move through the business. More recently, I’ve stepped into a broader role as Office Administrator, supporting the wider team across administration and sales. It’s been a fantastic opportunity to experience different sides of BOH, and I’m excited to continue learning and developing within the industry.

I’ve worked alongside Brett, our Founder, for more than 20 years throughout my career and have now been part of Brande Group for seven years, managing our accounts and finance department. I’m meticulous in my work and oversee payments coming in and out of the business. We once asked the team what they were most grateful for, and their answer was always getting paid each week... at least I know they’d miss me! I genuinely love what I do and feel very lucky to work alongside my husband, Donny, and colleagues who have become long-time friends.

Alongside my wife Mita, I help manage finance and accounts across Brande Group. We make a pretty successful two-person team and always make sure the job gets done. I pride myself on attention to detail and building positive relationships with the wider team. Outside of work, I love spending time with my three beautiful daughters and supporting my favourite football team, Manchester United.

I joined Badge of Honour in 2026, initially supporting the team as a Warehouse Assistant and Embellishment Technician, where I gained hands-on experience operating our heat seal equipment and working with client orders. My role has since developed into Customer Service Support, with a particular focus on Woolworths. I now help manage customer enquiries, returns and stocktakes while supporting the wider team to ensure the account runs smoothly. Having worked across both production and customer service has given me a great understanding of the journey an order takes from our warehouse through to the customer.

I joined Badge of Honour in 2026 and work within our warehouse operations, with a particular focus on supporting the Woolworths account. My responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day warehouse requirements, supporting event and project fulfilment and helping ensure systems and processes run smoothly. Working across one of Badge of Honour’s largest accounts means organisation, accuracy and efficiency are incredibly important. I enjoy being part of the operational side of the business and helping make sure projects are delivered successfully from behind the scenes.

I joined Badge of Honour in 2026 as an Embellishment Technician, initially supporting the production team by operating our DTF heat seal equipment. Since then, my responsibilities have expanded into the e-commerce side of the business, where I help manage the back end of Shopify and oversee the flow of online orders. I work closely with our production and warehouse teams to ensure custom e-commerce orders are produced correctly and delivered smoothly. It’s been a great opportunity to develop experience across both production and digital operations.

Based in Indonesia, I support the Badge of Honour production team by helping coordinate garment and product orders across our local and overseas supplier network. My role involves placing and tracking orders, communicating with suppliers and factories and keeping the wider team updated as products move through production. With projects often involving multiple suppliers and tight timelines, staying organised and maintaining clear communication is a key part of what I do. I help connect our Australian team with our production partners to keep client orders progressing smoothly.

I joined Badge of Honour in 2026 and work within our Alexandria warehouse team. My main responsibilities include picking and packing client orders, preparing goods for dispatch and helping ensure every order leaves the warehouse accurately and on time. With such a wide variety of merchandise and apparel moving through the warehouse every day, attention to detail is incredibly important. I enjoy being part of the team responsible for that final stage of the process and making sure our clients receive exactly what they’re expecting.

I joined Badge of Honour in 2026 and work as a Warehouse Coordinator, supporting the day-to-day operations of key client accounts including Gatorade and American Express. My role involves coordinating warehouse requirements for projects and events, helping manage fulfilment and ensuring the operational side of each project runs smoothly. From organising stock through to preparing orders for dispatch, I work closely with the wider warehouse and account teams to keep everything moving efficiently and accurately.
